His notarial background (M.Kn.) allows him to structure the full corporate lifecycle — from incorporation and shareholder documentation to sector-specific licensing and ongoing regulatory compliance. He advises Indonesian and foreign-owned companies on setting up compliant operating structures and navigating sectoral regulators (BKPM/OSS, OJK and others).
